Our journey was truly a Divine Experience From start to finish, the experience was professional, well-organized, and deeply fulfilling. The team handled everything with great care and precision—from the initial booking to the on-ground coordination at each dham. The helicopters were modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the pilots were from the army who had served for 20+ years in the army Although we were exhausted during the yatra but still we were able to complete the darshans at Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath without much hassle. A special thanks to Pallavi ji for understanding my problems n solving them as soon as possible 🙏🏻 Although somewhere I felt we would have got some more help… keeping in mind your limitations I had let go of the small problems Our Char Dham Yatra was a safe, serene, and spiritually enriching journey, I wholeheartedly recommend Aviation Accreation . Hello everyone. *THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS BEAUTIFUL DIVINE EXPERIENCE* We are truly in awe of the energy and the darshan. I would like to give a detailed feedback. 1. Dehradun..stay was very comfortable at Hyatt Regency food was outstanding. Would have appreciated mote clarity on take off timing. But that is a small thing 2. Yamunotri dham- the handler gets 10 out of 10. The hotel was simple and basic. But hospitality was very nice. Food was fresh and tasty. Palkis were waiting for us when we reached. *Perfect* 3. Gangotri Dham - The beauty of the place was surreal. The hotel was nice. The food was nice and steaming hot. *Guide Mr Rana was good and realistic* about the helicopter timings. Taxi was also clean and Gagan driver was very informative 3. Sirsi - Clean waiting place, fresh hot food, clean toilets and warm hospitality of the resort. *Praiseworthy - They opened the rooms and let us rest till next notice* 4. Badrinath dham- the guides were nice and adapted easily to the change in schedule. The Shyan arti would have been a good experience if there were fewer people inside. We were hardly able to get any darshan of the deity. Could be better handled for sure. We had great expectations from the hotel Sarovar portico but, even toiletries not in the room. Food was delicious and a good spread 5. Kedarnath dham - The darshan was fabulous. It was a day with 70,000+ pilgrims. So being a bit chaotic is understandable. But the guide was not true to any timings, whether darshan or flight. Guide Mr Saurabh was quite not updated with flight timings and was not taking any responsibility. We were asked to be ready from 6 am (no problem) but I asked him if we were amongst the 1st in the schedule. He said yes. Then when we reached the helipad he kept sending other people ahead of us and saying that he was not aware. He was not on available from 9 am to 10.30 am. Basically anyone who got upset was sent ahead. Also anyone who paid on the side was allowed to go ahead. That's when I reached out to you with the voice note. Definitely needs attention. 6. Small glitches. But *big satisfaction*. Thank you so much for all the efforts *_Special thanks to Pallavi for always being a phone call away for the past 3½ months_* ~ POOJA
